What we collect

When you book a walkthrough, you share your name, email, company, the building address you want walked, and, if you choose, a phone number and notes. That booking runs on Calendly, the scheduling service that powers our calendar.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and pages visited, to run and protect the site.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule your walkthrough, prepare your report and quote, and follow up with you about your building. That is the whole list.

What we never do

We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone for their marketing. It stays between you, us, and the services we use to run the business: Calendly for scheduling, Google Workspace for email, and Cloudflare for hosting.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact information for as long as we are talking with you about your building, and for our normal business records after that. Want your information removed? One email takes care of it.
