What we collect
Only what you give us when you book a walkthrough. Our scheduling tool collects your name, email, company or property, building address, and any notes you add about the building. If you call or email us instead, we keep whatever you tell us so we can quote the building and show up at the right place.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to price your building accurately, and to show up at the right address at the right time. Nothing else.
Who else sees it
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare and our scheduling runs on Calendly. Both process this information on our behalf so the site and the booking flow work. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep it
As long as we have an active conversation or an active account with you, plus whatever period our accounting and tax obligations require. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you. Our scheduling tool may set its own cookies when you book a time.
