The story
Why Cream City exists.
We created Cream City around a gap we kept seeing in commercial cleaning: buildings want high quality work, held to the same standard every shift, from a crew that stays friendly and professional with every tenant it passes in the hall. Consistency and a good attitude sound simple. Holding both, in every building, every night, is the hard part, and it is the part we built the company to get right.
Cream City exists to be the vendor a property manager or facilities director can hand a building to and stop worrying about. You walk in Monday morning and the lobby looks the way it did Friday night. Documentation of the weekend shifts is already in your inbox. The tenants stop noticing the cleaning. The standard you signed for is the standard that shows up. Every shift. Every contract.
We show up for every clean. We keep the work in-house instead of farming it out to subcontractors. We take on only the buildings we can hold to the standard we sold. That’s the operating model.

It’s also the standard we hold ourselves to after. The findings we’d flag on a competitor’s building are the same findings we hold ourselves accountable to on ours.
